A Taste of Wisemans 2024 OBF Event

Sunday, 27 September 2026 from 10am to 3pm  I  Taste of Wisemans at Wisemans Ferry Park

Experience the flavours of the Rural North at A Taste of Wisemans 2026, the region’s signature food and wine event.

Gather your family and friends and head to Wisemans Ferry Park to enjoy a delicious showcase of local produce, featuring wineries, distilleries, orchards, and more.

Set against the picturesque backdrop of the Hawkesbury River, the event offers a relaxed day out with live music, roaming entertainers and a variety of free activities for the kids, including face painting, circus themed workshops, petting zoo and pony rides, cookie decorating, gardening workshops, and more.

Social Story

A Social Story has been developed to help individuals with a disability on what to expect when coming to our event. It prepares them for social situations by providing clear information about what will happen and what typical responses might be.

  • The Citrus Factory: Fresh lemonade, made to order in a cocktail shaker.
  • The Cob Shop: Toasted cobs with delicious fillings made from family recipes.
  • The Retreat: Pulled beef shepherd's pie and organic cider.
  • Theory Produce: Chilli sauces, infused olive oils, herbal and iced teas, confit garlic, gourmet salts, dried cocktail fruits, body lotions, body butters and exfoliating scrubs.

Parking

No parking is available onsite at Wisemans Ferry Park during the event.

There are two parking sites available:

  • NSW Ski Garden & Caravan Park
  • Tasman Holiday Parks

A FREE and accessible shuttle bus service is available to get you to and from the event site to our overflow parking areas with ease.

The buses will be running continuously throughout the event.

Please note that parking at the boat ramp – next to Wisemans Ferry Park - is NOT free and does come at a small cost.
