Saturday, 13 September 2025 from 11am to 4pm at Rouse Hill Town Centre, Rouse Hill

The much-loved Orange Blossom Festival (OBF) is the largest annual event in The Hills and this year sees the return of  the OBF Parade at Rouse Hill Town Centre on Saturday, 13 September. 

The Parade down Main Street will feature local performance groups, community groups and floats. There will also be on-stage performances featuring the Cocomelon Dance-Along and a meet and greet with everyone’s favourite yellow mischief makers – the Minions.

Social Story

A Social Story has been developed to help individuals with a disability on what to expect when coming to our event. It prepares them for social situations by providing clear information about what will happen and what typical responses might be.

Activities

Activities will include FREE face painting, gardening workshops and a photobooth.  

Residents, visitors and foodies alike are invited to enjoy the carnival atmosphere for a fun day out for the whole family.

The Secret Garden will be available for neurodivergent attendees who need a quiet place to retreat to during the event.
